Volunteering

Volunteering

One of the things that makes our school so special is our parent participation. Studies have shown that children do better in school when parents volunteer – and our children are the beneficiaries of our dedicated Fremont parents. The Fremont PTA provides thousands of hours of support to students, teachers and staff inside and outside the classroom. Our parents are responsible for coordinating and implementing over 65 special programs and events at Fremont to assist and enrich the experience of our children, families, teachers and staff.

By volunteering at Fremont you put your skills to use for your children and all the children in the Fremont community. Our volunteers are a very large factor in Fremont’s reputation for excellence. No matter what your availability or interests, there are opportunities for you to play an important part in the future of Fremont. Even if you don't have much time, volunteering on some level is an excellent way to stay on top of what's happening at the school and to connect with other parents and school leaders.
